QMIXTerms of Service
1. Purpose
These terms govern the rights, obligations and responsibilities between AirOut Inc. (“we”) and users of QMIX and its related services (the “Service”).
2. Definitions
- Service — the conversational AI application we provide and its features
- User — anyone who uses the Service under these terms
- Account — the identity created through Sign in with Apple
- Conversation — what a user submits to the Service and what the Service generates in reply
3. Posting and amending these terms
We publish these terms in the app or on this website. We may amend them within the limits of applicable law, stating the effective date and the reason at least 7 days beforehand — at least 30 days where an amendment is unfavourable to users.
4. The Service
- We provide conversational responses, voice input and output, and conversation storage and sync.
- The Service works without an account. In that case conversations are deleted when the app is reopened and are not synced across devices.
- We may change the content or operation of the Service; material changes are announced in advance.
5. Interruption
We may suspend the Service temporarily for maintenance, system failure, loss of connectivity, force majeure and similar unavoidable causes. Planned interruptions are announced in advance; unplanned ones are restored as soon as the cause is resolved.
6. User obligations
You must not:
- collect, use or submit another person’s personal data without authorisation;
- use the Service to produce or spread material that breaks the law or offends public order;
- request material prohibited by law, including child sexual abuse material or non-consensual imagery;
- infringe the intellectual property rights of others;
- place excessive load on the Service by automated means, or circumvent authentication;
- reverse-engineer the Service or interfere with the normal operation of our servers or network.
7. Generated output
- The Service returns output generated probabilistically by a language model. It may be inaccurate or simply wrong. We make no warranty as to accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose.
- Output is not a substitute for professional judgement in medicine, law, finance, tax or any similar field. Consult a qualified professional for those decisions.
- You retain rights in what you submit. We process it only as far as providing the Service requires.
- You are responsible for how you use the output.
8. Accounts and conversations
- You may delete your account at any time from the app’s settings. Deleting it removes the linked conversations immediately and irrecoverably.
- Conversations created before sign-in are moved to your account only where the stated conditions are met, as described in the Privacy Policy and in the app.
- Where you breach section 6 we may restrict use after notifying you — or, in urgent cases, act first and notify afterwards.
9. Personal data
We protect personal data under applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
10. Limitation of liability
- We are not liable for loss arising from causes beyond our reasonable control, such as force majeure or network failure.
- Absent wilful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for loss arising from information you obtain through the Service.
- The Service is provided free of charge during testing; backing up against data loss is your responsibility.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are brought before the court having jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
